TERMS AND CONDITIONS

It is essential that everyone interested in taking a course or certification at “PMU online training” knows our online courses’ rules and regulations. Knowing the rules allows us to keep track of our students’ progress effectively and prevent any confusion or disagreement.

If by any matter, you don’t agree to the following rules, we ask NOT to enroll in any of our courses. Based on our experience, compliance with these rules is necessary to create a productive and conducive learning environment.

1. The student must have a “smartphone” with WhatsApp to communicate with their coach. A “personal computer” or “laptop” is also required to review video lessons and readings incompatible with some phones.
2. We have a NO refund policy.
3. Your email, city, and country of residence are required for registration.
4. You must pay the entire amount of the course or workshop chosen and send us the payment receipt to confirm the payment. Once the payment has been processed, you’ll be enrolled in a maximum of 48 hours to the “Teachable – PMU Online Training” platform, where you will be able to access your course 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
5. Once the course has been paid, there will be no changes.
6. After you have purchased an “introductory workshop,” you have the option to upgrade and take a “certification course,” paying the difference within six months, only if both the workshop and certification teach the same technique. After six months, full payment is required. 
7. You may transfer the course(s) to another person for only one time and when, due to extraordinary events, it becomes impossible for you to take the course. Changes will be accepted within the first 48 hours after your payment was processed. 
8. This course does NOT include material. The student has an absolute responsibility to get everything needed for the exercises. 
9. In certification courses, the student is responsible for finding models to carry out their practices as needed.
10. Once payment has been processed  you will have one month to get all the material required for exercises. Follow-up time begins once the student has notified the Academy that they have all material, or exactly one month after the payment date (in case of no notification).
11. The course expires on the exact indicated date, which corresponds to the months included in the purchase or once you have finished all levels. If by any chance you don’t finish all levels during the mentioned period, extra follow-up time can be purchased for an additional cost You can ask for this service to our sales department.
12. Extra follow-up time must be purchased within the next six months to the course’s due date in order to start from the last approved level. After six to twelve months and due to the long lapse without studying, you can purchase additional follow-up time, but starting at the first level. After 12 months from the due date, the full amount must be paid.
13. The Academy is committed to expeditious communication, responding to all students within and NO later than 48 hours with no exception. Any delay due to an extraordinary situation must be communicated ASAP to the Academy. Students who lost follow-up time for this reason, will be granted additional days. Please send screenshots as evidence to ask for compensation time. 
14. The student must work through the levels one by one without skipping any of them. Students should NOT send exercises for revision randomly or in any other order than the indicated course program.
15. The student must send one single image for each exercise corresponding to the specific level they are working at. Students should not submit activities from any level different from the one being evaluated.
16. The student must repeat the level as many times as necessary until, according to their coach criteria, has understood and developed its content.  Once your coach approves your work, you’’s advance to the next level.
17. Photographs must be clear, not blurry, and with great lighting; showing only the correspondent exercise.
18. The photograph can Include a concise and specific question if necessary.
19. The student can always ask for help to their coach to clarify all doubts about their course and the coach will reply as soon as possible. Doubts about techniques different from the course you are taking, will not be answered. If you have purchased a course with practice in latex, questions about work in models will not be answered. This rule also applies to certification courses. 
20. Voice messages are not allowed.
21. It is the responsibility of the student to have a well operating cell phone with the “WhatsApp” application available to be able to send good quality photographs and text messages during the online follow-up time.
22. Video calls are not allowed.
23. Telephone calls are not allowed.
24. You must send support videos when your coach requires them.
25. Your coach will send additional photos and videos to the platform content for corrections and specific explanations.
26. The student can submit work at any time, 24 hours a day. Your coach will respond in the same way, at any time,24 hours a day, from Monday to Saturday in a period not greater than 48 hours between each response.
27. The student can pay the difference between the online and the face-to-face course if they wish to learn the same technique. It only applies to certifications and not mini-courses or workshops. Students must always bring the necessary material for exercises and practices.
28. We will notify all students of the material that will be required.
29. Only certification courses include the digital certificate and the custom logo. A certificate will only be awarded if the coach confirms the student has complete all levels included in his course.
30. If you cannot access your course for some platform failure, you should report it. Not doing so would be a student’s failure, and the academy will not replenish follow-up time.
31. Any person who decides to take a course with “PMU Online Training by Janet Janine” complies with the terms and conditions mentioned in this document by their own will.
